Our previous DreamCloud review covered the standard model exclusively. For 2026, we updated our evaluation to include the expanded model lineup and revised pricing.
Key 2026 changes:
- Premier Rest model: New mid-tier entry at $999-$1,099 queen, positioned between the standard DreamCloud and luxury alternatives. Features a cashmere blend quilted Euro top, additional memory foam layer, and improved coil gauge.
- Standard model pricing: Queen now $699 after typical discount codes (was $599-649). The brand still runs frequent promotional pricing — rarely seen at full retail.
- Warranty clarification: DreamCloud updated their warranty language to more clearly define the prorated coverage schedule after year 10. This is less consumer-friendly than the fully non-prorated warranties from Saatva and Purple.
- Cover material: Standard model updated to a softer cashmere-blend quilted cover replacing the previous Euro top design.
Performance: Standard vs. Premier Rest
We tested both models for 30 nights each in queen size. The standard DreamCloud continues to punch above its weight class at the $700 price point — the individually wrapped coil system provides genuine edge support and temperature regulation that all-foam alternatives at the same price cannot match.
The Premier Rest at $999-$1,099 is a tougher value proposition. At that price, it competes with the Helix Midnight Luxe and approaches entry-level Saatva pricing. Motion Transfer and Temperature
