What you can try
The Dallas Viewing Room lets you compare Saatva’s main mattress constructions in one stop. The numbers below are Saatva’s stated firmness ratings, not a universal scale. Use them to organize your test, then trust the feel of the surface, edge, and support as you change position.
| Model | Stated feel or adjustment | What to notice |
|---|---|---|
| Classic | Plush Soft 3/10; Luxury Firm 5–7/10; Firm 8/10 | Innerspring response and the choice of 11.5- or 14.5-inch height. |
| HD | Medium-firm 5–7/10 | Surface cushioning and coil stability; designed for sleepers up to 500 pounds. |
| Rx | Supportive Plush 3–4/10 | How the surface and support core feel in your normal position. These are product terms, not a treatment claim. |
| Latex Hybrid | 6/10 | Responsive natural latex over coils compared with the Classic. |
| Solaire | 50 firmness settings | Adjustable air support with latex and memory foam; Queen and larger sizes adjust independently on both sides. |
| Youth | Dual-sided for ages 3–7 and 8–12 | Both sides, especially if the child is approaching the next age range. |
Start with the Classic to establish a reference point, then move to the HD, Rx, Latex Hybrid, or Solaire. Lie down in the positions you use at home instead of testing only on your back. If you share the bed, change positions while the other person sits at the edge or lies still. For a Youth mattress, test both sides together.
Delivery after the visit
The viewing room is not a retail warehouse. Saatva’s official delivery information says mattresses are made to order and arrive in an estimated 9–21 days, depending on the delivery ZIP code. A local delivery partner contacts you to arrange the date and provides a four-hour window the day before.
Free white-glove delivery includes carrying the mattress to the room of your choice, placing it, and setting it up. You can select free mattress and foundation or box-spring removal at checkout. The removal service does not cover waterbed bases, bed frames, Sleep Number bases, stained or damaged mattresses and foundations, or other furniture, so confirm the exact items before paying.
Saatva’s current trial page gives mattresses a 365-night home trial and says there is no mandatory minimum trial period. A return pickup carries a $99 processing fee. The home trial matters because a showroom visit gives you a useful physical reference, but your bedroom, foundation, sleep position, and repeated nights determine whether the delivered mattress works for you.
Other Dallas mattress options
Saatva remains the primary choice for the Dallas viewing-room visit described here. If you want a secondary brand comparison, Amerisleep’s official locator currently shows a Scottsdale, Arizona showroom rather than a Dallas address. It is therefore an at-home alternative to research, not a Dallas walk-in stop; check the Amerisleep store locator before making travel plans.
Purple’s official locator lists a Mattress Firm at 2633 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX 75204. That retailer may carry Purple products for testing, but confirm the exact model before visiting. It is separate from the Saatva Viewing Room and does not have Saatva inventory.
The official Tempur-Pedic Dallas flagship is listed at 4009 Northwest Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75225. It is another place to test that brand, not another Saatva location. For Saatva, use the West Village address above.
